Greg Thomas Enterprises operates the restaurant brands Double Days Grill & Tap (Centerville and Springboro, OH) and The Famous. This policy applies to information collected through our online job application forms, interview scheduling pages, and related hiring communications.

When you apply for a position with us, we collect the information you provide, which may include:

  • Name, phone number, email address, and city of residence

  • Work history, availability, and answers to application questions

  • A resume, if you choose to upload one

  • Interview scheduling selections and related communications

We collect this information directly from you. We do not purchase applicant data or contact lists from third parties.

We use your information solely to:

  • Review and evaluate your job application

  • Communicate with you about your application, including status updates and interview scheduling

  • Maintain records of our hiring process

  • Comply with applicable employment and record-keeping laws

 

We do not use applicant information for advertising, and we do not sell it to anyone.

SMS / Text Messaging Program

If you provide your mobile number and check the SMS consent box on our application form, we will send you text messages related to your job application, such as: application received confirmations, application status updates, interview scheduling links, interview confirmations, and appointment reminders.

  • Consent is optional. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of employment or of applying. If you do not check the box, we will contact you by email or phone instead.

  • Message frequency varies by applicant, typically 2-6 messages over the course of a hiring process.

  • Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

  • Opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at thomasrestaurantgroup.hiring@gmail.com.

  • No third-party marketing. SMS consent and phone numbers collected for SMS purposes will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

  • Our SMS notifications are sent from an automated notification number that is not monitored for replies. For questions, contact thomasrestaurantgroup.hiring@gmail.com.
     

Who we share information with

We share applicant information only with:

  • Service providers that help us run our hiring process (form hosting, applicant tracking, scheduling, and messaging platforms). These providers process information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

  • Our management team involved in hiring decisions.

  • Legal authorities, if required by law.

We never sell applicant information, and we never share mobile numbers or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

How long we keep it

We retain application records for as long as reasonably necessary for hiring and record-keeping purposes, and as required by applicable law. You may request deletion of your application information at any time by contacting thomasrestaurantgroup.hiring@gmail.com; we will honor requests except where retention is required by law.

Your choices

You may contact us at thomasrestaurantgroup.hiring@gmail.com to ask what information we hold about your application, request a correction, request deletion, or withdraw SMS consent. Withdrawing consent does not affect the status of your application.

Minors

Our positions are open to applicants 16 and older in accordance with applicable law. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
