Also serving as the owners and operators of The Famous Restaurant, located in Centerville as well. Kitchen Responsibilities Include:

• Following proper food safety and sanitation procedures

• Following recipes and cooking procedures to ensure quality products are served

• Following procedures in rotating inventory and restocking kitchen

• Keeping the restaurant clean and safe

• Working as a team

• Communicating with managers and front of house staff

• Maintaining a positive attitude while working in a fast-paced environment
